On behalf of the University of Kansas Student Senate, it is our immense pleasure to extend a warm welcome to this gathering of bright leaders across the Big 12 universities.  

 

Big 12 on the Hill 2024, hosted by the University of Kansas, stands as a testament to the governing association’s commitment to fostering collaboration to serve student populations. Registration

All attendees (advisors, faculty, and students) are required to pay a registration fee of $100. Registration for the Big 12 on the Hill 2024 Conference can be done by using the link below. Fees can be paid online via credit card. If you would like to pay via check, please reach out to us to arrange this.

 

Conference Fee is $100 per person. Registration is mandatory.

 

Registration deadline is January 12th at 11:59pm CST.

Hotel Information

Make the most of your Big 12 on the Hill Conference experience by staying at the conveniently located Kimpton George Hotel, just a 5-minute drive or a 14-minute walk from the Capitol, the heart of the conference action.

 

Location: Kimpton George Hotel, 15 E St NW, Washington, DC 20001

Room Rate: Exclusive room block available at a special rate of $239 per night!

Reservation Deadline: To secure your stay at the special conference rate, reservations MUST BE MADE BY JANUARY 4TH!

2. Special Rate: Ensure to book within the block to enjoy the discounted rate exclusively available for conference attendees.
3. Limited Availability: Rooms within the conference block are limited and subject to availability. Early booking is recommended to guarantee your stay at the conference hotel.
